Continuing with 10 years of experience in the field of New Media Design, 3D Animation and Web Development, Paul Costante is a results oriented professional working across the big spectrum of new media and technology. Working in the field of broadcast animation and special effects during 1995-1999, Paul gained the ability to create and direct projects in multifaceted environments on time and on budget. In April 2001, interactive design and technology had him more curious than ever. Paul quickly moved towards integrating 3D technologies with web technologies creating new possibilities for dynamic environments. His skills in design, 3D animation and web development have given him the ability to foresee clients' visions and in turn surpass their expectations. Presently, Paul is Technical Director of the Interactive division for Pi Media http://www.pimedia.com. His responsibilities include providing technical direction for a wide variety of rich media projects and working closely with creative directors and management teams. Some of his recent successes include helping of the launch of a new business platform called Alchemy International http://www.alchemyinternational.com, a new digital signage division primarily focusing on animated content creation. Some of Paul's Career achievements include full time training of 3D Animation for students at University of Toronto and Centennial Collage and receiving a nomination for the 2005 St. Joseph Communications Chairman’s Award.
